Masala Dosa

Rice1 cup
Boiled rice1 cup
Lentils - Minapappu1/2 cup
Atukulu1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds1/4 tsp
Saltto taste

  1. Soak everything in water for 4 hours
  2. Add salt and grind well
  3. Let ferment at 110F overnight
  4. Make dosas the next day, fill them with Dosa Masala
  5. Serve with Sambar and Coconut Chutney
