| Ingredient | Qty | Prep |
| Tomato | 3 large | diced |
| Green chilis | 2 medium | chopped |
| Cilantro | 1/2 cup | chopped |
| Garlic | 2 cloves | chopped |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Tamarind juice | 2 tbsp | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 tsp | grind to powder |
Method:
- Fry green chilis, garlic, tomatoes with salt in very little oil with lid closed
- After tomatoes have become soft, add cilantro and close lid
- Turn off flame after 5 minutes and allow to cool
- Blend to paste with tamarind juice and powdered sesame seeds
- Serve with any dosa, idli etc
