| Cilantro | few leaves | minced |

| Refried beans | 1 can | about 400 g |
| Yellow/Red pepper | 1 medium | diced |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Smoked paprika | to taste | |
| Cayenne pepper | to taste | |
| Black pepper | to taste | |
| Red chili powder | to taste | |
| Water | as needed | |
| Oil | 1 tbsp | |
| Lemon juice | to taste |
Method:
- Fry onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes till they become soft
- Add all the spices, salt and cook for 2 minutes
- Add tomatoes, refried beans and water; cook till it reaches desired consistency
- Garnish with cilantro and parsley
- Serve with tortilla chips and yogurt
