Nacho Soup

Yellow/Red pepper1 mediumdiced

  1. Fry onion, garlic and pepper for 5 minutes till they become soft
  2. Add all the spices, salt and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add tomatoes, refried beans and water; cook till it reaches desired consistency
  4. Garnish with cilantro and parsley
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and yogurt
