Onion | 1 large | chopped |
Green chilies | 5-6 medium | minced |
Lemon juice | to taste | |
Cilantro | few stalks | minced |

Indian seasoning | peanuts optional | |
Curry leaves | to taste | chopped |
Method:
- Fry green chilies and curry leaves with seasoning
- Add onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until transparent
- Add rice, salt and mix well
- Garnish with lemon juice and cilantro, adjust to taste
