Onion Tomato Chutney

Tomato1 largechopped
Onion1 smallchopped
Garlic1 large clovechopped
Red chili1 mediumbroken
Fennel seedsfewdry roast
Cumin seedsfewdry roast
Urad dalfewdry roast
Curry leavesfewdry roast
Fenugreek seeds1/16 tspdry roast
Sambar powder1/2 tspoptional
Indian seasoning

  1. Roast the fennel, cumin, fenugreek seeds with curry leaves, red chili and urad dal
  2. Grind into powder
  3. Fry the onion, garlic and tomatoes in oil till soft
  4. Blend with the spice powder, salt, sambar powder and little water (if needed)
  5. Fry indian seasoning and transfer contents to the wok 
  6. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
