Milk | 1 cup or less | |
For Paste: | ||
Almonds | 1 cup | soaked for 30 mins |
Cardamom | a pinch | grind smoothly |
Method:
- Cook potatoes for 1 whistle in cooker. All other vegetables microwave until half cooked.
- Fry onion with seasoning and ginger garlic paste
- Add vegetables and spice powders with salt
- Cook for a few minutes and add almond paste with enough milk to make gravy
- Simmer until vegetables are cooked through
