Vegetables In Almond Gravy

Potato1 mediumchopped
Cauliflower1 cupchopped
Onion1 largechopped
Carrot2-3 mediumchopped
Peas1 cup
Beans1 cupchopped
Red chili powderto taste
Saltto taste
Coriander powderto taste
Garam masalato taste
Kasuri methito taste
Ginger garlic paste1-2 tbsp
Indian seasoningturmeric, mustard seedscumin
Milk1 cup or less
For Paste:
Almonds1 cupsoaked for 30 mins
Cardamoma pinchgrind smoothly

  1. Cook potatoes for 1 whistle in cooker. All other vegetables microwave until half cooked.
  2. Fry onion with seasoning and ginger garlic paste
  3. Add vegetables and spice powders with salt
  4. Cook for a few minutes and add almond paste with enough milk to make gravy
  5. Simmer until vegetables are cooked through
