| Dry beans | 1 cup | soak |
| Tomato | 1 medium | chopped |

Method:
- Pressure cook beans for 2 whistles with salt
- In the same pan, add tomato and spices, simmer till cooked through
- Fry onion and red pepper with all spices until onion turns brown
- Add cabbage with salt (if needed) and turn off heat when cabbage is cooked but still crunchy
- Spread salsa on tortilla, fill with cabbage mix and beans
- Top with feta cheese and serve immediately
