Cauliflower Coconut Curry

Cauliflower1/2 headchopped
Peas1 cupthawed
Onion1 largejulienne
Tomato paste6 oz can
Curry leavesfew
Red chili powderto taste
Cumin powderto taste
Coriander powderto taste
Saltto taste
Indian seasoning
Cilantrofew leaves
For paste:
Coconut3/4 cupfrozen
Gingersmall piece
Garlic1 large
Green chilis5-6 mediumblend to paste

  1. Fry onion with seasoning until brown
  2. Add coconut paste, tomato paste, spice powders and cook until raw smell disappears
  3. Add cauliflower and peas with sufficient water and leave to cook
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rotis
