Coconut | 3/4 cup | frozen |

Method:
- Fry onion with seasoning until brown
- Add coconut paste, tomato paste, spice powders and cook until raw smell disappears
- Add cauliflower and peas with sufficient water and leave to cook
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with rotis
