Method:

| Spaghetti | 1 lb | cooked |
| Mushrooms | 1 lb | sliced |
| Broccoli | 1 large | chopped |
| Kale | 1 bunch | steamed |
| Onion | 1 large | chopped |
| Garlic | 2 cloves | minced |
| Ricotta cheese | 3/4 cup | optional |
| Milk | 3/4 cup | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Pepper | to taste |
Method:
- Steam kale with 1/3 cup water covered until soft (water disappears)
- Fry onion and garlic in little oil until cooked
- Blend onion, garlic, kale, ricotta cheese, milk, salt and pepper to smooth paste
- Fry mushrooms and broccoli until cooked
- Add pasta and kale sauce, toss well
