Kale Sauce Pasta

Serves: 5
Spaghetti1 lbcooked
Mushrooms1 lbsliced
Broccoli1 largechopped
Kale1 bunchsteamed
Onion1 largechopped
Garlic2 clovesminced
Ricotta cheese3/4 cupoptional
Milk3/4 cup
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste


  • Steam kale with 1/3 cup water covered until soft (water disappears)
  • Fry onion and garlic in little oil until cooked
  • Blend onion, garlic, kale, ricotta cheese, milk, salt and pepper to smooth paste
  • Fry mushrooms and broccoli until cooked
  • Add pasta and kale sauce, toss well
