Kale Sauce Pasta

Mushrooms1 lbsliced
Brocoli1 largechopped
Kale1 bunchsteamed
Onion1 largechopped
Garlic2 clovesminced
Ricotta cheese3/4 cupoptional
Milk3/4 cup
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste


  1. Steam kale with 1/3 cup water covered until soft (water disappears)
  2. Fry onion and garlic in little oil until cooked
  3. Blend onion, garlic, kale, ricotta cheese, milk, salt and pepper to smooth paste
  4. Fry mushrooms and brocoli until cooked
  5. Add pasta and kale sauce, toss well
