Pesarattu - Green Gram Dosa
|Green Gram Dal - Pesalu||1 cup|
|Rice||1/4 cup||soak together overnight|
|Green chilis||2-3 medium||minced|
|Ginger||1 inch piece||minced|
- Grind the dal and rice with salt and only as much water as needed.
- Let sit for 10 minutes and pour dosa
- Add some of the chopped onion, cilantro, green chili, ginger and cumin as toppings
- Serve with Ginger Chutney, Coconut Chutney or Ginger Coconut Chutney
Consistency of batter should be liquid suitable for spreading but not too watery.
