Garlic4 cloves
Parmesan cheese1 cupgrated/powdered
Pine nuts1/2 cup
Olive oil1 cup
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Lemon juiceto taste
  • Pulse everything in food processor/blender until it turns into a smooth paste
  • Adjust spices, oil and lemon to taste
  • Can be frozen or refrigerated and used in pasta, salads, soups and sandwiches
  • Ratio for nuts, oil, cheese and herbs is 1:2:2:8
