Onion2 mediumchopped

soak for 15 minutes

  1. Grind cashews with milk to a smooth paste and keep aside
  2. Fry onion in oil on medium-high until it becomes transparent
  3. Add ginger, garlic and green chilis until the onion becomes brown
  4. Add tomato sauce and spices, keep stirring medium until the oil separates
  5. Add the cashew paste and water
  6. Bring to boil on low heat
  7. Turn off heat and add paneer cubes
  8. Garnish with cilantro
