Shahi Paneer

Milk1.5 cups
Ginger1 tbspchopped
Garlic3 cloveschopped

Garam masala1 tsp
Coriander powder2 tsp
Cumin powder2 tsp
Saltto taste
Oil2 tbsp
Wateras needed
Sugar2 tsp
Kasuri methigarnishas needed


Method:
  • Grind cashews, garlic, and ginger with milk to a smooth paste and keep aside
  • Fry onion in oil on medium-high until they turn brown, about 10-12 minutes
  • Add chopped tomato, crushed tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. 
  • Keep stirring on medium heat until the oil separates
  • Add the cashew paste and water, then add garam masala and sugar
  • Bring to a boil on low heat
  • Turn off the heat and add paneer cubes
  • Garnish with kasuri methi
