Herb Tomato Soup

Serves: 4  
Whole tomato(2) 28 oz cans
Onion1 mediumjulienne
Garlic2 smallminced
Oregano1 tsp
Olive oil1-2 tbsp
Red pepper flakesto taste
Parsleyto tastegarnish
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Wateras needed
White bread2 slicestear to pieces

  1. Fry onions, oregano, red pepper flakes and garlic in 1/2 tbsp for 5 minutes until soft
  2. Add bread pieces, whole tomatoes and juice
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes
  4. Blend thoroughly while adding remaining olive oil
  5. Cook for another 15 minutes
  6. Garnish with croutons and parsley
