Makes: 40-42 truffles

Oreo cookies | 28-30 | |
Cream cheese | 8 oz | |
Chocolate chips | 12 oz | |
White chips | 1-2 oz | |
Candy canes | 1-2 tsp | or sprinkles |
Method:
- Crush cookies in food processor to powder
- Mix with cream cheese and knead well
- Make little balls and freeze for 20-30 minutes
- Melt chocolate chips by heating 30 seconds in microwave, stir and repeat until gooey
- Dip each ball into molten chocolate. tap to remove excess and set on tray
- Sprinkle with candy canes, crushed mints, sea salt or melted white chocolate
- Freeze for another 20 minutes
- Keep refrigerated until time to eat
