Cumin powder | 1 tsp | |

Red chili powder | 1 tsp | |

Turmeric | 1/4 tsp | |
Amchur powder | to taste | |
Brown sugar | to taste | |
Indian seasoning | mustard seeds |
Method:
- Roast the besan for 5-6 minutes until fragrant
- Add the dry spice powders and salt
- Fry green peppers in indian seasoning until almost cooked
- Add roasted besan mix and enough water for flour to become slightly damp
- Continue cooking on low flame for 5 minutes, add more oil if needed
- Serve hot with roti/rice
