Potato Wedges

Potato2 largeyukon, cali, baking
Garlic powderto taste
Rosemary1 tsp
Saltto taste
Red chili flakes1/2 tsp
Cayenne pepperto taste
Olive oil2 tbsp

  1. Preheat oven at 450 and place foil covered tray inside
  2. Microwave potato wedges for 2 minutes
  3. Mix all spices + oil and toss with wedges
  4. Keep for 5 minutes and then roast for 20-30 minutes, turning them over in between
