Roasted Mushrooms GCS

White bread4 slices
Mushroom8 ozsliced
Onion1 mediumsliced
Gouda cheese1/2 cupshredded/grated
Pepperto taste
Saltto taste
Olive oilto taste

  1. Toss mushrooms and onion with salt, pepper and olive oil
  2. Roast for 20 minutes at 400F
  3. Layer bread with cheese, mushrooms and then more cheese
  4. Toast until cheese melts
