| Penne | 1 lb | cooked |
| Alfredo sauce | 15 oz | |
| Spinach | half bunch | chopped |
| Mushroom | 1 lb | sliced |
| Sun-dried tomato | as needed | chopped |
| Basil pesto | 4-5 tbsp | |
| Olive oil | as needed | |
| Red chili flakes | as needed | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Pepper | to taste |
Method:
- Saute mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes for a few minutes with salt. red chili flakes and pepper
- Add Alfredo sauce, spinach and cook until everything warms up
- Add penne and basil pesto, toss well and serve hot
