Split Green Gram Dal - Pesarapappu1/4 cup
Toor dal - Kandipappu1/4 cup
Bengal gram - Senagapappu1/4 cup

Drumstick leaves1/2 cup
Fennel seeds2 tsp

  1. Soak all dals and rice overnight in plenty of water
  2. In the morning, grind them coarsely with only as much water as needed
  3. Adjust salt to taste and add fennel seeds
  4. Pour ada and sprinkle drumstick leaves on one side
