Majiga Pulusu

Serves: 4 
Yogurt1 cup
Onion1 largechopped
Chayote squash1 mediumchopped
Cilantrofor garnish
Thiramathaturmericcurry leaves
For paste:
Frozen coconut1/2 cup
Coriander seeds1 tbsproasted
Ginger1/2 inch 
Garlic1 big/2 small
Curry leaves2 stalks
Green chilis5 - 6 small
Chutney dal1/3 cupgrind to paste

  1. Steam onion and chayote completely
  2. Add vegetables to seasoning and cook well
  3. Add ground paste, water, salt and red chili powder (if needed)
  4. Garnish with cilantro
