| Cauliflower | 1 medium | chopped |
| Corn starch | 5 tbsp | |
| Breadcrumbs | 6 tbsp | |
| Water | 5 tbsp | |
| Soy sauce | 2 tsp | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 tsp | |
| Oil | 1 tsp | |
| For Sauce: | ||
| Oil | 2 tsp | |
| Red chili flakes | 2 tsp | |
| Peanuts | 6 tbsp | chopped |
| Garlic | 7 - 8 cloves | minced |
| Ginger | 2 inch | minced |
| Green onion | to taste | chopped |
| Soy sauce | 5 tbsp | |
| Vinegar | 2 - 3 tbsp | |
| Sugar | 1 tbsp | |
| Water | 1 cup water | |
| Corn starch | 2 tsp |
Method:
- Mix all cauliflower ingredients and spread on parchment sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes (or more) at 425F
- Fry red chili flakes, peanuts, ginger and garlic for few minutes
- Add green onion and green peppers (if you want)
- Add rest of the ingredients, stirring to make sure corn starch doesn't form lumps
- Serve with fried rice, roti or as an appetizer
