Kung Pao Cauliflower

For Cauliflower:
Cauliflower1 medium chopped
Corn starch5 tbsp
Breadcrumbs6 tbsp
Water5 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tsp
Cayenne pepper1/2 tsp
Oil1 tsp
For Sauce:
Oil2 tsp
Red chili flakes2 tsp
Peanuts6 tbspchopped
Garlic7 - 8 clovesminced
Ginger2 inchminced
Green onionto tastechopped
Soy sauce5 tbsp
Vinegar2 - 3 tbsp
Sugar1 tbsp
Water1 cup water
Corn starch2 tsp

  1. Mix all cauliflower ingredients and spread on parchment sheet
  2. Bake for 20 minutes (or more) at 425F
  3. Fry red chili flakes, peanuts, ginger and garlic for few minutes
  4. Add green onion and green peppers (if you want)
  5. Add rest of the ingredients, stirring to make sure corn starch doesn't form lumps
  6. Serve with fried rice, roti or as an appetizer
