Italian Hummus

Serves: 6 (as dip) 
Calories: 165/serving
Chickpeas1 cup dry
Sun dried tomatoes1/4 cup
Saltto taste
Olive oil2 tbsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Oregano1 tsp
Waterif needed

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight and pressure cook for 4 whistles
  2. Blend everything until desired consistency is reached
  3. Serve with pita chips or spread between bread slices for sandwich
