Serves: 4 ramekins
|Chocolate chips||3/4 cup|
|Unsalted butter||4 oz|
- Butter 4 ramekins and set aside
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave
- Combine eggs, flour and sugar in a bowl
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture, with any extra chips if you want to add them
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375F (400 F for 20 minutes or less) until tops are shiny and cracked.
