Chocolate Hot Pots

Serves: 4 ramekins 
Calories: 600/ramekin
Chocolate chips3/4 cup
Unsalted butter4 oz
Eggs2 large
Sugar2/3 cup
Flour3 tbsp

  1. Butter 4 ramekins and set aside
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave
  3. Combine eggs, flour and sugar in a bowl
  4. Add the cooled chocolate mixture, with any extra chips if you want to add them
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 375F (400 F for 20 minutes or less) until tops are shiny and cracked.
