Serves: 4
Method:
- Blend half the beans with garlic and green chilis, keep aside
- Fry onion and peppers for few minutes
- Add beans, beans paste and 1 cup water, bring to boil
- Add coconut milk, thyme and adjust salt and pepper to taste
- Cook for 5 minutes until water is level with rice
- Close lid and cook on very low for 15 - 20 minutes until rice is done
- Garnish with cilantro and/or hot sauce according to preference
