Method:
- Fry onion for few minutes, then add garlic, salt and all spice powders
- Add drained chickpeas, couscous, water, tomato and harissa paste
- Simmer with lid on medium flame until couscous is cooked and water is absorbed
- Add spinach, mint and cilantro and adjust seasonings to taste
- Serve with additional harissa paste or hot sauce to taste
