Method:
- Fry onions, ginger, garlic and red chili for few minutes
- Add mushrooms and red pepper
- Add coconut milk after 5 minutes, let cook for some time and add the sauce
- Now add the broccoli and wait until all vegetables are cooked
- Add noodles, spinach and garnish with cilantro
- Turn off heat and let stand for few minutes before serving
