Method:
- Fry leeks, garlic and red chili for few minutes
- Add peanut butter, tomatoes, harissa paste, turmeric, cumin powder, stock and water
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add sweet potatoes and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes until tender
- Blend well and stir in cilantro, turn off heat
- Add lemon juice for taste and serve hot
