Carrot Chapati

Serves: 2 
Calories: 60/roti
Carrot3 largechopped, cooked
Ginger garlic paste1/2 tsp
Salt & red chili powderto taste
Atta3/4 cup
Wateras needed
Oil1 tbsp

  1. Mash carrots with a potato masher to smooth paste
  2. Mix other ingredients with mashed carrots and knead well
  3. Roll out rotis as usual
  4. Serve with gravy, raita or pickle
