| Carrot | 100g | chopped |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1/2 tsp | |
| Salt & red chili powder | to taste | |
| Atta | 1 cup | |
| Water | as needed | |
| Oil | 1 tbsp | |
Method:
- Microwave carrots and grind them to smooth paste with ginger garlic paste
- Mix other ingredients with mashed carrots and knead well
- Roll out chapati as usual
- Serve with gravy, raita, or pickle
