Method:
- Chop tomatoes into cubes (halved if using cherry tomatoes), add salt and leave to drain for 30 minutes
- Toss tomatoes with herbs, pepper, olive oil, capers, olives, little salt, lemon juice, and green onion
- Marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 3)
- Toss with pasta, adjust salt and pepper; garnish with chili flakes and serve cold
