Serves: 4
Method:
- Cook potato and dal for 3 whistles (should be 80% cooked) with plenty of salt
- Powder coriander and red chilis after roasting
- Blend to paste with water, coconut and little bit of the cooked dal
- Add the paste to potato and dal
- Cook until well done and adjust salt, red chili powder to taste
- Serve with any dosa
