Chayote squash2 mediumchopped
Green chilis2 mediumminced
Coconut1/2 cup
Garlic2 medium clovesminced
Indian seasoning

  1. Microwave chayote squash until well done
  2. To Indian seasoning, add garlic, green chili, and squash
  3. Add coconut and cook until raw garlic smell disappears, about 5 minutes
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro
