| Jaggery | to taste | |
| Coconut | 1/4 cup | |

Method:
- Peel the skin from the ridges and throw away
- Peel the rest of the skin and roast for few minutes in little oil and with green chili
- Grind to paste with onion, tamarind, coconut, jaggery, and salt
- Add Indian seasoning and serve with rice
