Beerakayi Pottu Chutney

Beerakayi1 - 2 largeskin only
Onion1 mediumchopped
Green chili2 - 3 medium
Tamarindto taste
Jaggeryto taste
Coconut1/4  cup
Saltto taste

  1. Peel the skin from the ridges and throw away
  2. Peel the rest of the skin and roast for few minutes in little oil and with green chili
  3. Grind to paste with onion, tamarind, coconut, jaggery, and salt
  4. Add Indian seasoning and serve with rice
