Spaghetti and Vegballs

Serves: 4 
Spaghetti1 poundreserve pasta water
Ikea veggie balls3 - 4 per person
Whole tomatoes28oz can
Oregano1 tsp
Onion1 mediumminced
Garlic2 medium clovesminced
Olive oilas needed
Red chili flakes1 - 2 tsp
Carrots1 mediumshredded

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes and carrot in pan
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat, along with reserved pasta water
  3. Blend thoroughly and add veggie balls
  4. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes
  5. Serve warm over spaghetti
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and shredded parmesan

Reserve some of the pasta water to add to sauce. Gives it needed thickness.
