Ikea Veggie Wrap

Basil Hummus
Ikea veg balls20-25
Red pepper1 largejulienne
Cucumber1 largejulienne
For Salsa:
Spring onionsas neededchopped
Mint1 cupchopped
Tomato3+ largechopped
Lemon juiceto taste
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste
Method:
  • Microwave veggie balls as needed. Break in half by hand.
  • Spread hummus on tortilla and place 5 - 6 half-balls
  • Add 1 - 2 slices of peppers and cucumbers
  • Top with fresh salsa and roll into wraps
  • Serve with chips and hummus on the side
