Ikea Veggie Wrap

Serves: 4

Basil Hummus
Ikea veg balls20-25
Red pepper1 largejulienne
Cucumber1 largejulienne
For Salsa:
Spring onionsas neededchopped
Mint1 cupchopped
Tomato3+ largechopped
Lemon juiceto taste
Saltto taste
Pepperto taste

Method:
  1. Microwave veggie balls as needed. Break in half by hand.
  2. Spread hummus on tortilla and place 5 - 6 half-balls
  3. Add 1 - 2 slices of peppers and cucumbers
  4. Top with fresh salsa and roll into wraps
  5. Serve with chips and hummus on the side
