Coconut1/2 cup
Chutney pappu1/3 cup
Coriander seedsfew
Pepperfew
Red chilis3 - 4 hot
Red chilis1 - 2 color
Cinnamon1/4 inch piece
Cuminvery few
Curry leavesfewgrind to paste

Method:
  • Chop okra and onion, fry in little oil until well done
  • Add ground paste, tamarind, bellam, salt, and water as needed
  • Cook on low-medium flame until cooked well
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or chapati
