Crispy Tempeh

Serves: 4
Tempeh8 ozchopped
Oil3 - 4 tbsp
Lime juice1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Sriracha sauce1 tbsp
Maple syrup2 tsp
Water1 tbsp
Saltto tasteas needed
  • Chop tempeh into small cubes
  • Layer half oil in fry pan and cook tempeh in even layer until browned
  • Toss, add more oil, and fry tempeh until completely browned
  • Add sauce and season tempeh with salt
  • Cook until all the liquid evaporates
  • Add to salads, noodles, and other dishes
