Crispy Tempeh

Serves: 4 
Tempeh8 ozchopped
Oil3 - 4 tbsp
For sauce
Lime juice1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Sriracha sauce1 tbsp
Maple syrup2 tsp
Water1 tbspmix

  • Chop tempeh into small cubes
  • Add half oil in a frypan and layer tempeh and cook on medium heat
  • Toss, add more oil and fry tempeh until completely browned and crisp
  • Prepare and add sauce to the pan
  • Cook until sauce thickens and coats the tempeh
  • Add to salads, noodles, and other dishes
