| Tempeh | 8 oz | chopped |
| Oil | 3 - 4 tbsp | |
| For sauce | | |
| Lime juice | 1 tbsp | |
| Soy sauce | 1 tbsp | |
| Sriracha sauce | 1 tbsp | |
| Maple syrup | 2 tsp | |
| Water | 1 tbsp | mix |
Method:- Chop tempeh into small cubes
- Add half oil in a frypan and layer tempeh and cook on medium heat
- Toss, add more oil and fry tempeh until completely browned and crisp
- Prepare and add sauce to the pan
- Cook until sauce thickens and coats the tempeh
- Add to salads, noodles, and other dishes
