| Tempeh | 8 oz block | |
| Maple syrup | 2 tbsp | |
| Tamari | 3 tbsp | |
| Smoked paprika | 1/2 tsp | |
| Cumin | 1 tsp | |
| Oil | 1 tsp | for frying |
Method:- Chop tempeh into 8 equal squares
- Fry in oil until evenly browned on all sides
- Mix the other sauce ingredients and add to the pan
- Cook tempeh until all the sauce is absorbed
- Slice thinly and add to the dish
