Pesto Ravioli with Parmesan

Serves: 2 

Ravioli1 packageTJ's
Red pepper1 largechopped    
Zucchini1 largechopped
Crushed tomato15 oz
Pesto2 - 3 tbsp
Parmesan cheese4 oz        shredded
Saltto taste
Red chili flakesif neededoptional

  • Cook ravioli as per instructions and keep aside
  • Fry zucchini until browned and keep aside
  • In the same pan, fry red pepper until done
  • Add the crushed tomato and cook well
  • Finally, add the zucchini, pesto, and cheese and season to taste
  • Arrange ravioli in a plate and pour sauce over the top
