Dill Cucumber Salad

Serves: 4 

English cucumber2 largesliced thinly
Sour cream1 cup or less
Red onion1/4 largesliced thinly
Dill1/4 cup
Garlic cloves2 mediumminced
Sugar1 tsp
Pepper1 tsp
Vinegar2 tbsp
Salt1 tspor more

  • Toss cucumbers with salt and let stand for 15 minutes in a colander
  • Drain water from cucumbers and mix with remaining ingredients
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
