Method:
- Grind dry coconut first if it's in bigger chunks, then coarsely grind the rest
- Fry garlic in ghee
- Add the turmeric and powdered masala, fry well
- Then add water, tamarind, jaggery, and salt
- Adjust to taste and add Indian seasoning
