Mix oil, curd, red chili powder, garam masala, black salt, ginger garlic paste, and liquid smoke in a bowl until smooth Add paneer and let it marinate for a few minutes Heat oil in a cast-iron pan and add the paneer cubes. Toss well and fry for a few minutes Remove paneer, and add the tomato, pepper, and onion. Lightly fry on high heat, do not let veggies become soggy Add the paneer back to pan and toss well Assemble rolls with paneer mixture, lemon juice, chat masala, cilantro, ketchup, pickled onions and red chili sauce
