Method:
- Peel the green part of the parwal (with a knife)
- Add cumin seeds to hot oil
- Fry onions and parwal in mustard oil with cover for 2 - 4 minutes
- Add salt and turmeric, then add potatoes
- When veggies are almost done, add red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder to taste
- Garnish with cilantro
