Serves: 4 - 6
Method:
- Add all hummus ingredients to a Vitamix jar (64oz)
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed
- Heat the olive oil on medium and add garlic slices when warm
- Fry garlic until it turns golden brown, then add the lemon slices
- Swirl the oil around and turn off the heat after 1 minute
- Make swirls in the hummus and top with the fried garlic oil
- Garnish with red chili flakes or Zatar
