Impossible Tacos with Pepper Salsa

Tortillas1 packabout dozen
Impossible sausage crumbles1 package
Pepper1/2 tsp
BAM spice2 tsp
Red chili powder2 tsp
Onion1 mediumchopped
Chipotle peppers1/2 can
Mayoas needed
Pepper Salsa
Colored peppers2 mediumyellow + red
Jalapeno1 mediumchopped
Lemon juiceto taste
Saltto taste
Cilantroas neededgarnish

Method:

  • Fry onions for 5 minutes, then add the spice powders and impossible sausage
  • Mix well for 2 minutes until there's no pink left and take off the heat
  • Toss all ingredients together for pepper salsa and keep aside
  • Grind mayo and chipotle peppers to smooth paste
  • Warm tortillas and fill with sausage, pepper salsa, and chipotle sauce
  • Garnish with avocado slices, taco sauce, hot sauce, cilantro, or BAM spice
