Mushroom and Cashew Bisque

Serves: 4 

Mushrooms1 lbchopped
Dried mushrooms14g
Cashews1 cuproasted
Onion1/2 smallchopped
Garlic1 smallchopped
Bouillon paste2 tsp
Water3 cups + 1 cup
Pepperas neededto taste

  • Fry the mushrooms in a skillet until golden brown with the garlic and onion
  • Combine all ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency
  • After soup is ready, add 1 more cup of water and mix well
  • Garnish with parsley or any herb of choice
