Serves: 4 - 6
Method:
- Fry onions and garlic in oil and butter until transparent
- Add mezcal and gochujang paste, and cook for 5 minutes
- Then add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes
- Cook pasta in the meantime
- Add the cream to sauce, adjust salt and pepper to taste
- Mix in pasta and garnish with parmesan and basil/parsley
