Method:
- Cook the noodles per package instructions and set aside
- Fry the mushrooms in butter until browned and fragrant
- Add half the sauce and baby bok choy (the white parts) and cook down for 2 minutes
- Add some water if needed to scrape off the browned bits
- Finally add the noodles, remaining sauce, edamame, and green part of bok choy, and mix well
- Serve with green onion and white sesame seeds for garnish
