Ghus ghus2 tsp
Red chili3 hot + 2 color
Garlic1 clovemedium
Curry leavesfewas needed

Method:
  • Chop sinqua into half moons and stem in microwave
  • Cook toor dal for 3 whistles
  • Fry garlic in little oil along with turmeric
  • Then add the paste, sinqua, and cooked dal
  • Adjust tamarind, salt, and pepper to taste and cook until all the flavors meld together
