Lime Basil Chimichurri

Lime juice1 or 2 large
Kosher salt1/2 tsp
Parsley1.5 cups
Basil3/4 cup
Cilantro3/4 cup
Olive oil1/2 cupas needed

Method:
  • Pulse lime juice, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, parsley, basil, and cilantro until coarsely chopped
  • Drizzle in oil, pulsing, until a thick sauce forms (you may not need all the oil)
  • Taste and season with salt
  • Freezes well in ice cube tray just like basil pesto
