Rice rava1 cupwash in water
Idli rava1 cupwash in water
Lentils - Minapappu1/2 cupsoak for 1 hour
Saltto taste
Cooking sodaa pinch

  1. Grind dal to smooth paste
  2. Squeeze excess water out of rava mix and add to blender
  3. Blend again for 2 minutes; add water if necessary
  4. Add salt & soda
  5. Pour dosas & serve with Onion Coconut Chutney
